For Emergency Service

We offer emergency service for an additional charge. An emergency call constitutes any call that requires an immediate response with no prior reservation; usually consists of bringing a pet to your regular vet, closest vet or animal emergency clinic.
Or
Any call that requires the assistance of our staff to come into your home and carry out the pet, either on a stretcher or in their arms. This includes any call made from the street where the pet needs the same type of assistance.
Rates for Emergency Services are higher due to risk, liability and a more involved service.
Emergency Services are not guaranteed in all areas at all times, subject to availability.
Emergency hours- 7:00 p.m. Saturday - 7:00 a.m. Monday
and
7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. weeknights
Rescue groups and individuals may also hire our services for transporting animals from shelters to their rescue group, vet, new foster home, etc.
