We prefer that you call in advance and make reservations for the day and time you will need to have your pet(s) picked up and delivered to their destination. This will help our drivers be able to meet your needs and consistently be on time. If you know a day or two in advance like with vet appointments and grooming apppointments this will ensure your pet arrives on time. Even calling in the morning on the day of for an afternoon pick up will be appreciated. Payment must be made in cash when our driver picks your pet up. Please have exact amount as our drivers do not carry large amounts of cash. Tips are not included in the quoted rate.
Open 7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday, Emergency hours- 7:00 p.m. Saturday - 7:00 a.m. Monday
and 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. weeknights
